Adv. Moshe (Mussi) Goldberg is a native of Israel and a graduate of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Faculty of Law. He has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1974 and a member of the New York State Bar Association since 1987.

His areas of expertise include international trade law, international joint ventures, resolution of business disputes, government procurement law, intellectual property law, environmental law and corporate law.

Throughout his career, Moshe Goldberg, as an expert in international trade law, has participated in projects that left a lasting mark on Israeli foreign trade. He was involved in negotiations between Israel and the United States that led to the establishment of the United States-Israel Free Trade Agreement, as a coordinator for the Israel Bar Association and as a consultant to the Manufacturers Association of Israel. Adv. Moshe Goldberg served as an advisor to the Canadian Embassy in Israel in the final negotiations on the drafting of the free trade agreement between Israel and Canada.

The extensive experience he has gained over the length of his career guiding his clients’ business transactions has made him an expert on conducting commercial negotiations and a specialist in resolution of legal disputes. He is also a mediator and has been able to successfully resolving the vast majority of cases brought to him.

Mr. Goldberg has published a number of articles on the United-States-Israel Free Trade Agreement, both in Israel and in the United States, and took part as a lecturer in seminars organized in the United States by the Israeli and United States governments on this subject.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Goldberg served as a consultant at the Washington offices of the international law firm Arnold & Porter. While in Washington, he was a member of a team of lecturers at the International Law Institute, associated with Georgetown University, for an international course on International Trade and Export Negotiations.

Yariv Handly is a graduate of the Haim Striks School of Law at the College of Management Academic Studies. He performed a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Lia Lev-On at the Rehovot Magistrate’s Court, and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999. He joined Moshe Goldberg & Co. in 1999.

Yariv specializes in litigation, particularly in civil-commercial matters as well as administrative-constitutional issues. He represents the firm’s clients in all courts, including civil claims and appeals, applications to the Supreme Court, administrative petitions, arbitration, injunctions and other urgent remedies.

Yariv coordinates ongoing legal counsel and provides written and oral legal opinions to the firm’s range of clients (private, corporate, construction companies, kibbutzim, and cities union), in the various fields of law, including contract law and remedies, property law and the Israel Land Authority, environmental law, tender laws, planning and construction laws, administrative-constitutional law, municipal taxation laws (city tax and development taxes),  cooperatives, intellectual property law, inheritance law and more.

Odelia Motna earned her degree from the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002. She joined the firm as an intern in 2000 and joined the staff of attorneys in 2002.

Odelia specializes in real estate and property law. She is involved in identifying business opportunities as well as managing and conducting complex property transactions. She advises developers, contractors, construction companies and property owners on construction and real estate projects.

She prepares contractor agreements, option agreements, construction agreements, land sharing agreements and dissolution of land sharing, rental agreements, combination agreements, transactions involving apartments (sale/purchase of a new apartment from a contractor and a second-hand apartment) as well as other pieces of real estate (lots, stores, offices, etc.), transfer transactions without consideration, registration of wills/inheritances, transfer of apartments and properties due to divorce.

Odelia handles all aspects of taxation in the various types of real estate transactions to facilitate proper planning and find the optimal solution for every deal. She leads registration of property consolidation and division (parcelization) and registration of cooperative houses, expropriations, dissolution of land sharing, and rezoning. She further handles registration of real estate caveats, registration of easements, registration of an undertaking to register a mortgage and a mortgage, cancellation of registration of mortgage, all types or registrations with the Israel Land Authority and a housing company.

Sigal Goldberg-Shapira earned her LL.B. from the Ono Academic College Faculty of Law. She interned with Adv. Moshe Goldberg in Rehovot, and was accepted as a member of the Israel Bar Association in 2013.

She is involved in legal research and legal writing of pleadings, affidavits, summaries and appeals in the various courts, particularly regarding civil-commercial matters.

Galia Handly earned her LL.B. from the Haim Striks School of Law at the College of Management Academic Studies. She clerked with the late Honorable Ilana Gat at the Magistrates Court in Rehovot and with the Honorable Judge Levana Tzabar at the Magistrate’s Court in Ramla.

She was accepted as a member of the Israel Bar Association in 2000 and joined the firm in 2011.

Galia specializes in legal research and legal writing of pleadings, affidavits, summaries and appeals managed by the firm in the various courts, particularly regarding civil-commercial matters.

Shmuel Gilboa earned his law degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1974.

Shmuel also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University (Los Angeles, California) and serves as a consultant to the firm from his location in California.
